Ideally positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious family home is in walking distance to the Old Dunsborough beachfront, Country Club and surrounded by many tranquil walkways. The location makes for a very enjoyable, relaxing holiday in the heart of our stunning town. The large leafy block has plenty of room for the kids to safely play or ride their bikes in the quiet street location.

This lovely home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms spread over two separate accommodation wings and a choice of two outdoor entertaining zones. The layout suits two families as each wing features a master double bedroom, second bedroom with single bed and a lovely bright modern bathroom. The second accommodation wing also has a separate TV/games room, ideal for watching your favourite movies, sporting events or just to relax away from the main entertaining area.

The open plan indoor and north facing outdoor living blend seamlessly via French doors leading to a fantastic feature – a traditional South African outdoor woodfire oven or “Braii”. For those that love entertaining this substantial covered alfresco area provides plenty of room for fantastic outdoor meals.
