This spacious home is designed perfectly for the ultimate Down South holiday. The wide entrance hall which delivers you to a huge open plan living area where you can enjoy cuddling up next to the wood fire on the coldest of days or just enjoy the convenience of pressing a button for the reverse cycle air-conditioning. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the expansive alfresco perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

In Winter, enjoy a wine or coffee in front of the fire pit. In Summer enjoy outdoor entertaining and a BBQ. The spacious kitchen includes a large island bench, plenty of storage, dishwasher, gas cooktop, large 900mm electric oven, refrigerator & microwave.The Master Suite / parents retreat offers a queen size bed and spacious ensuite. The three additional guest bedrooms are located in their own wing at the rear of the property. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature 2 x king single beds in each with bedroom 4 featuring a queen. These bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom with a bath and additional lounge space / activity room for the kids.
